RKL-Reporter is a customized system designed to handle multiple clients, employers, and both Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit retirement plans. Browser-based, RKL-Reporter allows for a single, member record that can track multiple plans, unlimited sources and funds, as well as providing multi-currency and multi-language support. The seamless interface allows members to access accounts in a secure web environment on a 24/7 basis.
RKL-Reporter allows plan members to administer changes in their profile and contact information. As well, they can access every detail of their record – investment/account balances, deposits, withdrawals, fees, and gains/losses. The various screens within the system are easily printable and current Statements are downloadable as pdfs. Members also have the option of creating ad-hoc Statements covering the period(s) of their choosing.
All data is secure - and backed-up. Our systems are housed at a third-party, fully redundant, fault-tolerant facility that provides 24-hour, manned security, fire suppression, and battery and generator backup systems. Our network is secured by a multi-layered firewall system covering both our client database and our administrative applications.
